In this 4-week class, students will explore composition, color theory, color mixing, layering, and a wide variety of oil painting techniques in order to build a foundation for their individual creative expression. Students will have the chance to explore different types of oil painting solvents, as well as proper cleaning and disposal. This class is perfect for beginners, but even experienced artists will benefit from brushing up on their technical skills and are sure to learn something new!
